So you didnt actually send them back with regular postage? Amazing, how hard is it to put it in an envelope with a stamp on it? Or maybe they got delayed because it might have rained....

So why "return to sender"? Was it to save a couple bucks on postage? That's C.S! These guys ponied up timely payment, and the club that cancelled the match is jerking them around, delaying refunds when the guys could use it most ... to save the price of postage. That's f'n pathetic

Well what's done is done. No changing shit now they will get there when they get there. I have no control over the post office and can't make them go any faster

WTF.. return to sender? Gotta be shitting me. And yes.. there is a way to change shit.
You can make it right. Won't change how thoughtlessly stupid it was.. but at least attempt to make it right.. especially the guys that sent out money orders.

How do you recommend that I change it now. I am open to suggestions. Let me know how I can speed it up now to you guys. I have learned what to do for the future if this happens again.

And yes, the saga continues with this joke of a match concept/idea or wtf ever you wanna call it.

OK, I cannot hold this in any longer. I know the truth!! This is REALLY what is going on!!! Nick in running a ponzi scheme. I just saw him driving around Los Angeles in a brand new red 458 Spider Ferrari. I heard through the grapevine he is also running the same scam selling Girlscout cookies. You guys are never getting your money back. Ever since Nick started going to opium dens and houses of ill repute it has been going downhill for him. Nick is just trying to support his habit. Instead of chastising Nick about what he has done in the past we should all stand together and pray for him to change his ways. With the support of all of us maybe he will realize stealing money is not the right thing to do.
All this over $70????? Really??? How about $2800????
I was buying a rifle from a guy in Northern California and sent him a Bank Of America cashiers check in the amount of $2800. I sent it priority so it should have arrived in two days. It was lost in the mail for 3 weeks!!! When it finally arrived at his house he called me and said the envelope was pretty beat up but NEVER opened. Since I already made other arrangments to get him the money we agreed to mark the envelope "RETURN TO SENDER". Little did either of us know it would take THREE WEEKS to get back to me. I was out $2800 for 1 1/2 months and not once did I whine about it. SHIT happens.
I really do not think Nick realized it would take longer to return envelopes by marking them that way. At least you guys knew where your $70 went, my $2800 cashiers check(same as cash) was lost for weeks.

Re: 2011 CaRPC Night Match November 19, 2011
The distinction is that YOU agreed to assume the risk of the unethical practice of misrepresenting the propriety of using the "return to sender" means of mailing. When the club accepted responsibility for the funds of another, the fiduciary duty precludes such antics design to deprive the USPS of their rightful fee, and the shooter of his funds. The lack of honor, and reluctance to accept resposibility demonstrates a troubling lack of integrity. While it may seem like a trivial transgression to you ... Don't you recognize the deceit inherent in how this was handled?

Got my RTS envelope yesterday. OK so probably not the best way to handle it. No biggie in the scheme of things.
However some here have really got their panties in a twist about it.
