Angeles 8/21 to prep for desert marksman

Anyone going to angeles tomorrow? I'll be there checking zero on the toys for desert marksman.

I'm going either today, tomorrow, or this weekend lol. I just got my rifle all put together so I am trying to get out to angeles and try it all out.

Well, since Desert Marksman match is off, I'll probably be out at Angeles on saturday morning playing with my new 308.
If ya'll want to come out, we can spot and shoot itty bitty rocks at 875yds...

Breakfast at 7:00 At ranch side.
On the line around 7:45 to get a good spot on the left side of the rifle line.
Line goes hot at 8:15

How did th e.308 shoot? Whats ammo specs?

First 5 went into 2" tall by 1/2" wide.
Next 5 went into 0.3 tall by 1" wide but I was moving the gun around on my shoulder trying to get comfortable.
We were reliably hitting moa rocks at 400 and 600 after that.
If I learned to drive this thing, it's got potential...

You bought the reamer? Any idea on the jump on 175's at mag length 2.810" ? I'm thinking about setting my barrel back a thread.
