Pistols and Props practice day 2/15/15

Post by AR15barrels »

We have the Eagles Nest B range reserved for Sunday the 15th.
This is the BIG range at the eagles nest which includes the shaded area where we can shoot across the range.
I was thinking that since we HAVE the big range, we could setup some pistol stages as well as shooting steel across the range.
I know that most of you guys are WAY out of practice with the pistol and pistol stages are popping up more and more in precision rifle matches.

I'll be out at the range by 8:00 to setup for shooting at 8:30am.
Eagles Nest range B is the last range up the hill at Angeles.
$10 for club members or $20 for non-members.

Current weather forecast for the 15th is 80 degrees and sunny with no chance of rain.
I would like to wrap up by 12noon if we can to keep the range fees down.
If we get at least 10 people to show up, we can use the range for the full day.
If you guys would like to turn this into a BBQ, that could also be worked out.

Please RSVP here if you are coming and if you want to do a pot luck BBQ.

Is this the area with the shade structure with tables underneath? I have some work to do on my pistols and this might be the day to do it. But will definitely need the shade.

Yes.
Also, Brad and I walked up the fire road and we found 3 poppers hidden along the road at about 550-650yds so we can play with those now anytime we are on Range B.

If you want to shoot a pistol match, there is the Action Pistol match at WEGC on Feb.14.

Don't be sorry.
You have it right.
It's Steven that is confused.
I can take your membership application in-person on sunday.
Since there will only be a handful of us, we will wrap up at noon.
