Guys, those are some pretty shitty looking appleseed scores. Those targets are 4 MOA. Perhaps we need to make a group trip to an appleseed class out at Piru.

It is harder with a centerfire than with a rimfire...

I don't do any of those things.

Especially with a scope that doesn't focus down that close....... Put the fuzzy reticle on the the black blob... Honestly would have been easier with open sights....... and a lighter rifle.

Is it .22, centerfire, or either?

You can shoot either, but most people shoot rimfire.

I'm going to try shooting it with my .22 CZ bolt action using iron sights.

Thanks guys for putting on a great match..... And Steven for helping out as usual.

Even though I didnt hit anything but berms this time.......

Pulled my rifle apart last night, and skim bedding action- and scope base- and putting it back together with torque wrench and lock tite on the right areas...

Something happened to it.. Even the last shot- "hotbore" at 100Yds was 2.5 inches low and right... Right dope on the scope- with a rear bag--- even if you pull the shot.... you dont pull it 2.5" low..... Not with a rear bag... Really frustrated, but I'll get it sorted out.

I couldn't help myself, I really thought I could hit that 4th KYL plate. As usual, plenty of good times!

Correct.... Not a straight pull of the trigger. You may not be able to do that with a standard grip below the trigger guard. I have seen people resting their fingertips on it, but not actually gripping it..whatever it takes...and dont forget to hold your finger and hand still untill all recoil impulses are gone...

More dryfire...
