Field Precision Rifle Class is a GO!
Ok guys,
Our HP match director gave us the green light to include the F-PR (Field Precision Rifle) class in one of the West Coast's biggest HP events.
THE 20th ANNUAL AMERICAN-CANADIAN LONG RANGE RIFLE MATCHES
SACRAMENTO VALLEY SHOOTING CENTER
SLOUGHHOUSE CALIFORNIA
March 12th and 13th, 2011
Saturday March 12 – 4 Man Team Match - $80/Team (includes pit pullers)(pay at range)300, 600, 900, and 1000 yds. (48 rds)
Sunday March 13 – Day 3 Individual $30
300, 500, 600, and 1000 yds. (48 rds)
All the rules and regs will be finalized in the next week or two.
What I need to do now is gauge the interest in this two day event.
Brakes will be allowed, however everyone will have to control debris and blast as best as possible. All braked shooters will be squaded together.

Thats okay Steven. I think your barrel is actually to long now unless there is a modification from Vu's original draft.Gnzrme wrote:Damm, working![]()
Barrel length is 26" measured from the recoil lug to the end of the brake (if you have one installed).

Vu, is it possible for me to shoot in two classes?

If there are paid pit pullers, it would sure seem so.tacticalintervention wrote:Vu, is it possible for me to shoot in two classes?

God shoots a Remington 700, drives a Chevy Truck and carries a Glock 19.
I don't do any of those things.

Hey I got to pay for a puller anyway. I decided not to have the back surgery ( two pins and sythetic disks) so no lifting targets for me.
I will get ahold of Jim and find out
If I can anyone need a broken down team mate?

F/PR is basically a new class that Vu came up with.
Its like F/TR but the weapon restrictions are more inline with what we use in Tactical Percision Rifle matches.
