Barricades used at CaPRC matches

Any one care to share the plans to make the same barricades used at the matches. Especially the removable legs held with lag bolts. Want to add one in my backyard practice.

Why not use items in your garage? Same concept. The idea is to quickly find a stable position when the timer goes off. Use a ladder, chair, bike, the possibilities are endless. This will make you a better shooter in my opinion.
