Competitors that have won major matches and/or consistently place well at national level events.
I guess my placements in the big matches were not enough to get me invited...

No one that is on standby has heard much yet, except for a few that got in via standby. We're still processing registration.

I believe you and your board came up with the punishment for his indiscretions and he has served the time you doled out. Are you saying you or your club holds a grudge?

Why would a club invest their reputation with sponsors and shooters in the industry to take a risk of a repeat occurrence?? Imagine the headlines now.... TBRC removed from PRS series due to fighting on the rifle line and competitors exposing themselves to the gophers on the hill and the women in the pits.

What reason do they have?
There is no such thing as an "if" you finish a certain place you're guaranteed a spot.
There's also no such thing as people who pissed us off in the past and served their punishment will be greated with open arms and smiles when its done.

Invitationals are just that. I only invite people to my birthday party that I want to see and hang out with. Why would anyone think they're owed and invitation to someone else's party?

Stop trying to pull a response out of people to make them look bad. You're only gonna step on your own dick. Do you really think it helps the situation? Why even get people fired up?

For starters, there is 0 grudge. Just because Randall was not sent an invite, doesn't mean there is a grudge. Keep in mind there are many talented shooters out there that are assholes or douche bags a lot of MDs would not want on their line. We choose to do business with those that will treat the members of this organization with respect, and appreciate the hard work it takes to put on such events like TBRC.

Have we sent Randall a life time ban notice? Nope, sure haven't. Do we have cause to, yes, we sure do.

Even though he has served his so called punishment, we as a club need to watch out for our best interest. Unlike this organization, we have worked hard over the last 7 years to put together a premier shooting club, so please excuse us if we are protective over our long term investment in time and resources. Maybe one of these days you will be in the same arena, and realize the same things.

Examples of why Randall is not welcomed.

1. Argued with our ROs at one of the TBRCs. RO gives him a 2nd run at the stage even though it was the shooter that fucked up the stage. Randall then continues to rat fuck my RO among other shooters, basically talking shit about how our RO didn't know what he was doing.

2. After being told there are ladies on the line, he urinates in front of them with a blue room less than 50 yards away. There are pictures some where, ask Kurtis.

3. Almost starting a fight on the line with another shooter, with a rifle in his hands.

4. Then post BS threatening to report me to the FSC board in a private sub forum. Gotta love screen shots and/or cut and paste. LOL. I serve on that board as VP, and would love to address the complaint at a board meeting. NCPPRC is a separate entity from FSC, and has full control on who shoots at our club events.

Now ask yourself this, why should we take on the liability of having someone like that shoot with our club? Do you think your entry fee allows you to put our hard work at risk?

If you look at it from a 3rd party point of view, we have been more than fair. Most places after incident number 3, would of put on a perm ban, and be done with it.

Steven and I had a long coversation at the TPRC about this issue with this organization, which I totally respected him for even trying to have that conversation with me.

Let's be honest and blunt here.

Why should NCPPRC roll out the red carpet, and allow the members of CAPRC enjoy the fruits of our labor when we have been treated so poorly in the past?

We only have to go back as far as the recent cluster fuck of the night match. Forget all the BS about why it was cancelled, let's focus on how one of our guys was pretty much told to pound sand when he asked about his check.

I find it ironic that you speak of grudges, when the leadership of this organization pretty much told the members of SCPRT to pretty fall in line, or they will not be allowed to participate in any CAPRC events. Funny how that works eh? I am sure the members of that organization can give you more details on that meeting.

Edited to add: The comments here are FACTS, not personal feelings, or what I may think of Randall as a human being. If I posted that, I'd get the ban hammer for sure. I am just looking out for the efforts of my fellow club members. If you want to have this conversation off line in more detail, feel free to call me. 916-320-3700

Thanks for the update man. I figured it would mostly fill up with invites. There are a ton of good guys out there. Might just go up to hang out for the weekend

Not that I condone this sort of activity, but this isn't the PGA, and we aren't a bunch of golfers.

I know, It's gonna be difficult, but use some logic here... I don't think Rich and the rest of the PRS board are going to throw out a match because of the actions of one or several derelict shooters acted like clowns.

Get real.

It's an invitational.
You don't get invited, you don't go. If you're one of those that wants to bitch about not getting one, I'd bet it won't happen.
It was a hypothetical example. If you don't like it you're welcome not to read it.

Would that sorta action get TBRC removed from the series? No. Would that sorta action draw unwanted and unnecessary attention to a match that NorCal takes a lot of pride in? Yes.

It is what it is boys. People can vote with their dollars. If we are putting on a piss poor event, or running a bad organization, we will lose support. From what our stats indicate, we are not headed in that direction.

For you noobs that have only been around for a short period of time, you might wanna take a few things into consideration.

We forwarded all of our documents, safety, SOPs, and all that stuff when you guys first started.

We sent over everything we had to run matches, and had many long conversations with the leadership of this club on how things ran up here that had made us successful.

Wasn't the roster for the night match pretty much NCPPRC? Funny how people that have so called grudges would drive 6 + hours to shoot an event.

When Ryan and others asked us for help getting rolling from the start, we did extend our help. We just chose to stop once we saw the direction in which this club was headed. Private Enterprise. Sorry, the work of our members will not handed out so people can personally benifit from it.

Vu,

I do not know where your getting this idea that someone is personally benefitting from this club. Yes we are a for profit club. As I tried to explain that to you, it seemed the easier route to take as far as ppwk for the State of California. The club checking account is a separate account and no one person owns that account and nobody is making withdrawals or interest from that account, so I do not know what you are talking about "personally benefitting".

Anyway, this is off topic. Vu, your match, you run it the way you like...

Just keep thinking that...

There needs to be a major reorganization before ANYONE takes you guys seriously. And even then, its questionable.

I'm no accountant.. But saying no withdrawls are being made from an account just means somebody is profitting by failing to make the deposits in the first place.

Even if the balance is zero.. you need credits before debits. So having no transactions begs the question of where's the money?!

Just a general observation.

The money is all in the bank account except for the proceeds from the recent 22 match and that's only because the match director has not turned it in yet.
All monies collected are on match proceeds reports.
There's no funny business going on.

If you guys are making some sort of accusations of impropriety, just get on with it and say it.
Quit beating around the bush.
