So what does this tell me?

I went back to Angeles on Sun. to try the 10 dot target and see what's what, with my new Premier, my 5R and more importantly me. Unfortunately it was very windy, and quite cold so I only shot 5 targets (50 rounds). The wind shouldn't have bucked the bullets much at 100Y but it sure made the target dance.

I still have the original 4+1 Mag in my 5R so I did this drill as 5 shots in 1 min. as opposed to 10 shots in 2 min. However when the wind picked up and the target started doing the Macarena I had to pause, this probably had an effect on consistency above and beyond the wind, also the barrel cooling down rather fast, maybe?

Anyway, below are the best 3, 5 shot groups I pulled off. The 11th shot in the text was from a different target, and the bottom target was my last 5 rounds and was shot vertical.

Given the conditions, and it being my first time using this scope on this target I'm pretty Ok with this performance.
The primary factors I think are contributing to the innacuracy are...
Windy day
Fundamentals
Factory Ammo (American Ballistics M118LR)

The thing that encourages me the most is when I really felt like all the fundamentals came together, and the target was mostly still, those are the shot's I nailed or came really close.

So what does this tell me? Other than I need to work on my fundamentals (Duh), start reloading (double duh) and shoot these tests on calmer days. Since the Premier's have had zero shifting issues in the past i'm also looking for any signs that that might be a factor, although it doesn't feel like it is to me.
I'll probably do this agin next weekend if it's calmer, so I'd like to know what I should be looking for,
Thanks.

Moving targets are a bitch, especially when you don't expect the target to move.
Nothing can be learned from your dot drills if the target is moving.

Angeles was a bitch on SUnday. I stopped shooting and just packed it up. By noon it was 47* and the gusts were up to 15mph. Not a very good day for testing.
