While Brad and I probably realized it, I don't know if anyone else noticed that we ran the night match entirely with our club's targets.
This is the first match that did not use ANY of Angeles target stands, cardboard backers or steel plates.
We set some milestones saturday night.
- First night match.
- First match with all our own equipment.
- First match with attendees from over 200 miles away.

This may not be evident if you did not sit back and think about it, but what it really means is that we finally have the equipment to run our matches anywhere we want.
With the forming of the official club moving along, we will soon be able to aproach any range we want to run a match at their location.
Independence is good.

Congrats to the club!! Thanks to Randall for the hard work but also special thanks to everyone else for the support. Its everyone coming out and doing what we love that helps pay for this stuff and lets us grow. Some times the fees may seem high or money might be tight and you consider not coming but here's the proof that the money goes to good places!!

Now if we could just get that mover done that i donated parts to last year ;)

Its a good feeling. It sure opens doors.

Can't wait to get the next 2 training classes under my belt so I can join in the matches.

good job and yes, I did notice that we did not need anything from the office....2nd on the mover.... ;) Of course, we have to have a place to put it....

I agree with whats been said so far. It was great to see such a good turn out. The Club is growing. I think things are moving in the right direction. Oh yeah, I also agree about the mover. Theres no match in socal with a steel mover(there are paper movers at BRRC). People will show up just to shoot the steel mover.

This is a neat step. Things are poised to kick off big for 2011.
