Definitely looked more fun than what I was doing yesterday...

Is that range open to the public at all?

Not really... that is private land... However, they do have a practice session on the Saturday before their match on Sunday which I think is the 3rd Sunday of the month. .. Michael correct me if I'm wrong. ...

Thanks Randall, Brad, Rich, and Mike for setting this up. It was a lot of fun and the wind was hard to read in the afternoon. Even at 600 yards, I saw and held for 3-5 mph and the bullet behaved as if there wasn't any wind.

On behalf of the Tri-County Rifle Club, thanks to all who participated in the "D" Clinic, right down to stowing all of the flags, number boards, and targets at the end of the day. I really appreciated the way everyone "turned to" and got things cleaned up! Although a little warm, and the fishtail wind at 1,000 notwithstanding, we had a beautiful day for shooting.

I had many inquiries about range use and our match schedule and will start a new topic on the subject. I hope to see a CAPRC presence at our monthly shoots!

Best,
Mike

I just saw the pictures, great job documenting it Ryan.

Sorry I missed out on helping this year. I flew back from New Zealand on Saturday so I didn't get home until after 5 PM.

Many thanks to Mike, Randall, Brad and Rich for a fun and informative day of shooting. It was great learning how to run the target pits. Brad... Thanks for keeping my wife entertained while I was shooting, she enjoyed her day.... Which allowed me to enjoy my day.... Hope we can shoot at tri-county again.

Did you get the recent match bulletin? You didn't show up last weekend, but then hardly anyone else did.
