List wont be sent out because it constantly changes, people drop off it, add on to it. I am not going to spend time updating each website each time it changes.
We will notify people if their slot comes up.

The service is based out of europe so you have to keep in mind daylight savings time change and offset from gmt when you set it up though...
Better get your money back from this service bud.

It's a free service.vu308 wrote:Better get your money back from this service bud.
I was on the road between Vegas and Prescott without internet access much of the time.
I figure it's better to at least have a service send the email since there's a good chance I had no internet at 6:00:00 myself.
It sucks for me that this had to be done on a weekend because I'm almost always out shooting on weekends.

Eh noob, unless you were with the men that pulled the trigger last year...shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh up and you might learn a thing or two. In order for there to be a "we", you would of have to contribute some of the shooting some of these guys did in 2010.

Lol. As we've spanked them around a little, like last TBRC, they've done the same to us on our turf. I hate to say it, but the NCPPRC has done something right to take over a dying program at that range and turn it into what it is today.vu308 wrote:

Now, back to the shit talking...but don't get too wild. Last year I think we stirred the beast. There were some excellent shooters that got caught with their pants down. This year, we have to train hard if we expect to do the same up there.

Guys dont feel bad, I am also on wait list and I am from NorCal.
No shit talker here, just look forward to shooting when I can. Back is finally healed well enough to shoot and now missed a spot. Bad luck all around.
The match has become very popular.
By the way, we Californian's are so hated across country we should stick together at matches.

Re: 2011 NorCal TBRC Info
Nervous we are not, trust me. I will put my rifle down on the table that we will hand you your asses on a heads up team match. I have already opened up the invitation for a North vs south match, we will host with a co-written COF. 20 vs 20. That never grew legs as we were waiting to hear back if you guys can even get 15 to 20 shooters to even make the trip.
You guys have at best a half dozen solid trigger pullers, where we can pull from a pool of 20 to 25.
For example, TPRC 2010. 6 out of top 20 were our guys.
1 Michael Voigt 1885
2 Francis Kuehl 1800 NOR CAL
3 Rich Emmons 1715
4 Ryan Kerr 1660 SO CAL
5 Todd Powers 1410 NOR CAL
6 Jacob Denny 1395 NOR CAL
7 Mark Quintana 1375
8 Gordie Richardson 1370
9 Gordon Campfield 1305
10 Travis Gibson 1300
11 David Skitarelic 1295 NOR CAL
12 Wayne Doeden 1295
13 Steve Montgomery 1230
14 Dave Weitz 1230
15 Rob Ormond 1210
16 Jason A Boak 1200 NOR CAL
17 Randall Rausch 1200 SO CAL
18 Mike Cecil 1185 NOR CAL
19 Mike Bland 1180
20 Sean Terrell 1175
We won't even bring up SCPRC 2009...that was a killing. If mark got the scores and standings correctly, it would of been 7 out of 9 trophies going home with us, not 5.
BAM~! BIOTCHES! LMAO.

So much for all the ambassadors of good will. This stuff is getting SOS
Hey can I join the SoCal Club and be a member of the NorCal Club? Do I lose Norcal Membership if I join SoCal? I did not shoot a NorCal Match last year so does that mean I am not a club member?
I have seen some damm fine shooters and good folks from both clubs
I just want to shoot without all the chest thumping.
Really I guess I travel shooting more than a few and if you dont know it the rest of the US lumps us all into "California Freaks or Ass Holes"

So-Cal is just where I call home.
Notice that our club does NOT have So-Cal in the name?
We are not all about the chest thumping, but when other guys do it, we do tend to thump back.

Mike, i am too lazy and tired to even start with your comments to be honest, so I will leave it at this.
You might wanna start coming out and pulling the trigger with your fellow club members besides just carrying a card around saying you are apart of something. It's like a gym membership, you dont get in shape by carrying the card, you gotta actually get in there and do it.

So-Cal is just where I call home.
Notice that our club does NOT have So-Cal in the name?
We are not all about the chest thumping, but when other guys do it, we do tend to thump back.
LOL come on Randall...not into chest thumping? Isn't that why Kurt gave you the boot?
A lil chest thumping never killed no one anyways. Bring it, its all in good fun.
You dont have a socal name because it would be SCPRC, which is already taken by Marks match.

Re: 2011 NorCal TBRC Info
Vu, come on, you know I have been laid up with two broken vert and four blown disks, since Feb 2010. Only match I shot in this year was F TR Nationals and that was on meds. F'd myself all the way to tenth overall. They where at Sacramento, but you did not shoot in them? Doc told me to stop shooting after that. He just recently released me to shoot again.
Before that shot 2009 Worlds and English Nationals(where I represented the USA and I thought the NorCal Club?) for near a month in England between trips to Sand Box. When I was not working for a living in 2009, I was getting ready for 2009 F TR World Championships, as a member of the US National Team. That was and is far more important to me than a monthly tactical match. I know it bugs you but I spent many years doing that for living and it now is second to F TR Class for shooting ( Knees and back are shot so it hurts). I spent lots of time on ranges last year just not with you. By the way the English Nationals I shot in had more people shooting than ten years combined of the challenge.
As to being a member as I said last year when I knew I would be gone most of the time, you can give away my mebership to a deserving guy if you wish, because at the time I thought I would not make any matches in 2010. Now 2011 will probably be different with me having time to shoot far more matches as the Army wont let me go back to sand box with a broken back. If they change that policy, I like many others, will go in a minute. I have nothing against the club and will continue,as I have done from start, to support it. If the membership of the NorCal Club wnat me to stop being a member I will gladly do so.
As to shooting at Sac. Been shooting there long time and probably will be shooting there for a long time to come. Lots of matches there this year. I plan on shooting a bunch. I tried to sign up for this big match but was too late. Have donated every year. Well Fuck me if everything I have done has been missed
Now with that said I have been picked to represent the USA in the 2013 World Championships, in Raton New Mexico, as one of two Captains on F TR Team. I hope some of BOTH NorCal and Southern Cal Shooters will start shooting F TR so California will be well represented.
My comments, that you obviously took offense to, where simply put, to be nice. They appear to have fallen on deaf ears.

Let's just leave it at that for this round.
Kurt already said I'm welcome at his match.
I don't think he realizes the chest thumping is all in fun.
Now about my TBRC registration, what's going on with that?
God shoots a Remington 700, drives a Chevy Truck and carries a Glock 19.
I don't do any of those things.

Re: 2011 NorCal TBRC Info
No offence taken at all Mike, and if you really ask the guys, no one cares why a guy doesn't show up. We just know he is either out there, or not. So I am just saying that if you actually were out there with the club, you know why we flick so cal so much shit, and why they flick us shit. The guys take pride in their club colors because they put a lot of time and effort into making what it is.
I shoot for fun, but I go out there to compete. I don't spend the money and effort I do to plink, only that asshole Pete does. LMAO.....only the real ole school guys will get that one......
Competition breeds excellence.
It pushes each and every shooter from both sides to shoot better, and better. Look at the explosion of practical precision shooters in the state of CA in the last 5 years. Between North and South there are well over 150 to 200 shooters.
Ya'll have a nice club coming online, but let's not forget who paved the road.....
And Dirt...I will bet you a steak dinner that we put more shooters in the top 20 at TPRC this year than SCPRC...

I live in Socal but NorCal will always be home to me. 18 years in Calaveras Co. will do that to you. Now what am I going to join when I move to NV?

I'm pretty sure there's only 2-3 socal shooters even in TPRC this year. My app was in the infamous overnite envelope.
It doesn't look like there have been many drop outs either. Maybe next year....

Re: 2011 NorCal TBRC Info
Randall, as for your registration. You are on the waiting list.
Your mailing service failed and you are way behind the curve. The guys like Conner P and all the rest of your boys are ahead of you in line, so once you hear them getting in, then you will be close.
Bugging the MD while he is trying to recover from a nasty flu is NOT the route you want to go. The rest of your guys were kind enough to give me 24 hours to sort my shit out. No one texted me or wanted to come up here and talk to me in person. THAT SHIT DONT HELP. It didn't work with Scott, it didn't work with me.

You will see me at lots of NorCal club matches this year.
Mike,
No dinner needed and I will make even easier on you.
We have 5 LR matches before TBRC, and 2 steel matches.
7 matches total, so how about if you take me 5 out of those 7....i will do my best to get you into a sponsor slot.
