Thank you guys for your participation and for helping out making for a smooth(er) match glad you all made it. It was a nice day that started out with breezy conditions but seemed to calm as time went on.
We had 8 stages & 14 shooters with a few new faces, hope you guys return for future matches.

Stage 1 was a tough one, unsupported prone at a 6" popper at 300m with only 1 successful hit...Great job Brett H (new guy)

Stage 2 was Standing, kneeling, seated at the 14" ipsc popper at 300m.. Most hits on this stage was made by Martin getting 3 hits out of 6 rnds.

Stage 3 was the Barricade stage at the 200m hanging targets... Most hits was from the Mark (new guy) way to show us how it's done! 6 hits cleaning the stage.

Stage 4 was the Roof top, Henry & Martin both scored 4 hits out of 8 rnds on the 200m & 300m targets without any bags for support. Good job homies!!

Stage 5 was shot with rifle supported from the hanging rope at 200, 300 but with only 70 seconds. Most never made it to the prone 2 shots after completing the steel. Most hits was made by Brett scoring 5 hits out of 10 rnds. Another fine display of skills new guy

Stage 6 was the "chopping kart" stage 8 rnds any position utilizing the shopping cart. This was 8 rnds w/ mag change at the. 6" dualing tree, 6"&14" poppers. 3 shooters got 6 hits... Aaron, Nate & Esteban (new guy) good job guys.

Stage 7 was shot thru the chain link fence & had to change position with each hit at the 200 meter hostage flapper requiring 2 hits on the flapper before engaging 300m targets. With only 2 guys getting 3 hits out of 10 shows the difficulty of this stage. Good job Julian & Brett.

Stage 8 was the run & gun, we had shooters start at bay 5 and run into bay 6 and engage the paper hostage targets from each barrel at 30yds, 33yds & 17yds. A few guys mistakenly hit the brown hostage haa! Costing them precious points in this tight race!! We had 4 shooters clean this heart pumping stage.. Brian L with the fastest time of 57 sec, Scott 73.77 sec, Kevin 75.35 sec & Mark 77.31 sec ...excellent guys!!

1st place goes to Aaron G 22pts shooting 243
2nd place Henry S 19pts shooting 308/ also takes top 308
3rd place Martin T 17 pts shooting 6mbr
4th was a 4 way tie but it broke down to fastest times to break the tie.. Brian L 16 pts shooting 308
5th place went to Kevin H 16 pts shooting a 260 rem
6th place was Mark L 16 pts shooting a 284w. Good job new guy
7th place was Brett H 16pts shooting 308, those hostage hits cost you 3rd place bro (new guy)
8th place was Scott C 15pts shooting 308, not bad considering the hiatus!
9 the place was a tie between Rich C and Nate 14 pts each but Rich was 5 sec faster. Very close tocayo!
10th place Nate W 14pts shooting a 243
11th place Joe H 13pts shooting a 260rem
12th place Esteban M 11pts shooting a 308, thanks for coming out from SD bro! (New guy) to wegc
13th place Julian G 10pts shooting a 308
14th place Brian S 6 pts shooting a semi auto 308AR, glad you had a good time homie!

Keith my brother rear bags will only be allowed at this next match but not the following matches haaa! You know I thought about that one and every other match allows rear bags so I think we'll keep it the same in Marks honor haha! Tell you what next time bring them rear bags and we'll mix it up for different stages.... Sound good?

Majorheadtrauma, don't worry I'm clueless & I'm running the match haa! You don't have to be a member to shoot the matches at wegc so come on out & get started. You'll meet new people and get pointers from everybody, this particular match will have targets at 160yds, 218yds & 327 yds with a lot of positional stages. Hope to see you Sunday Kirk.

I still dont know why I didnt hit a single plate from the shopping cart, I figured out a rock solid low prone position and could hit anything!!!!! ArGH!!!!!

Match today was great. I had a blast. I think we get to comfortable in prone. ( I know I do). Was nice to shot in other possitions and use different props. I do want to know where u stole that chopping cart from? I also guess there is a houses some where missing a gate!
